Vintage Candelaria Turquoise Bracelet

New

Vintage, Rare, Candelaria Turquoise and Number Eight Turquoise in a Coin Silver Bracelet.

Genuine, Authentic, High Grade

Navajo Flower and Leaf Design

Circa 1930 - 1950... It has all the signs of being an original bracelet from CG Wallace's, Zuni Trading Post

Very Good Condition - some signs of use, extraordinary turquoise gems in a classic, silver bracelet. Museum Piece

There is some slight damage to the #8 turquoise. In my opinion, the Candelaria gem you see was used to replace a third #8 turquoise gem. It is a close match to the #8 and #8 like this has simply not been available for many years. These are all high grade, very desirable, turquoise gems that are no longer available.

The silver work is exemplary. The 1930's, 40's, 50's was a time of hand made die sets, stamps and hand tools. In most places on the Reservations there was no electricity.

Notice the flower design is both stamped and raised silver. The leaf design is stamped

This is a Museum Piece, or better yet, a bracelet you could wear and enjoy forever.

It measures about 7/8" wide at the center

It will fit about a 5 7/8" to a 6" wrist. It can be adjusted slightly if needed. We are happy to do that for you.
