These all were handmade by the Horace Iule family. Many years ago he decided to make fine jewelry.  He was among the first Native American silversmiths. 

The reversible Solid Silver Cross is masterfully made...  and a Classic Southwest design with 6 Sky Blue Gem Turquoise Petite Points on one side and Gem Med. Coral Points on the other side.

It measure 1" x 1 1/2"

There is no chain included.
