Andres Quandelacy Zuni Fetish - Crazy Horse Magnesite - Mountain Lion
This Andres, Magnesite Mountain Lion, is called "Crazy Horse". It is is quite rare. It was mined in a remote area accessible only by mule. The stone was mined by hand and brought down from the mountain by mule.
Crazy Horse is sometimes seen in jewelry. Small pieces... larger pieces of Crazy Horse are difficult, if not impossible, to find. It is no longer mined and was only mined for a short time.
Here is a large, graceful, Andres Crazy Horse Mountain Lion. A masterpiece.
It is 4" long x 1 5/8" tall... 4 1/2" around.
