Tommy Jackson said this was Kingman Turquoise. To me, it sure doesn't
look like any Kingman I ever saw, Rather, it has the look of fine quality Lander Blue.
Like Lander Blue this turquoise seems to launch you into the universe... adrift
in a galaxy of stars and images.

I suppose we can name it anything we like... I doubt we'll ever see it again

The turquoise in the bolotie measures
1 1/4' x 1 1/8"

Rare and Beautiful Cripple Creek Turquoise Set

The Cripple Creek Turquoise Mine is in Colorado.
A variety of color comes out of Cripple Creek... from this
blue green to a bright blue. Cripple Creek turquoise was
discovered during gold exploration in the area.

The turquoise used in this belt buckle, bolo tie and ring are
quite similar... they match so perfectly that it is as if all three
pieces were cut from the same large stone
(which was probably the case).

Here is a rare and beautiful find. To try and assemble a
matching set like this would be impossible.

While it is unlikely you will wear all three pieces together
very often... you should get much use wearing one or another
of these pieces quite frequently.
