Thomas Curtis standing with daughter Jennifer
Jennifer Curtis learned her art as a child from her legendary,
silversmith father, Thomas Curtis.
Jennifer works in very heavy gauge silver, which is quite difficult
and time consuming. She constructs every part of her jewelry
herself. Like her father Thomas, nothing in her jewelry
is
commercially made or bought in a jewelry
supply store.
A
glance at the photos of Jennifer's work will tell you that her
jewelry is very special. But photos are not enough. Jennifer
Curtis jewelry must be held and worn to truly appreciate
the quality of her work.
Jennifer Curtis is among the very top echelon of Navajo
silversmiths and her jewelry is collected world wide.
