Silver Belt Buckle with 14k Gold Overlay and Tyrone Turquoise
Rare, old, Tyrone Turquoise Gemstone
The gemstone measures 1 1/8" x 3/4"
It weighs 22 carats
The turquoise is bright blue with lots of brilliance (Zat) with golden brown
images
in the matrix. Tyrone Turquoise was first discovered in New Mexico in the
1880's. It is
long closed. Tyrone was a series of mineral deposits. These specimens are
from
the much valued Azure Mine.
A rare find that I doubt we'll see the likes of again.
The buckle is 3" x 2 1/4"
It will fit a 1 1/2" wide belt or narrower
