Anthony Lovato - Santo Domingo Jewelry

Anthony Lovato is from the Santo Domingo Pueblo. His tufa cast
jewelry rivals that of the old masters Charles Lolama and Preston
Monongye (Monongya). It has the same deep
castings and artistic free hand designs.

Anthony Lovato uses only natural turquoise and other gemstones
in his jewelry. The turquoise is mainly from Southwestern mines
including Royston Turquoise, Bisbee Blue Turquoise,
Carico Lake Turquoise and Lander Turquoise.

Anthony Lovato jewelry is currently being featured at
The Museum of Natural History in NYC. His jewelry
can also be seen in the Museum's book
of the same name as the exhibit,
Totems to Turquoise.

Anthony Lovato charges 25% more for special orders.

already available, you will be charged 25% more then

Silver Tufa Cast Turquoise Canteen

Anthony is clearly a Master of his craft. While there may be a
handful of men capable of this level of work, I have
never seen anyone attempt such a
complex project.

Completely hand made, here is truly a masterpiece of
the Tufa cast art form.

In the silver is Bisbee Turquoise and Australian
(Boulder) Opal. A fine woven leather strap
is also included.

The canteen itself is 4 1/2" tall.

The Bisbee Turquoise and cast face canteen top
