Roughly one-quarter of coral reefs worldwide are already considered damaged beyond repair, with another two-thirds under serious threat." Coral has been used in jewelry around the world for centuries. We are seeing prices for natural, gem quality Coral rise (not synthetic) as the supply dwindles. Particularly, large Coral branches which are now quite rare if not extinct. These large branches are mainly used to produce Coral bracelets, pendants and coral bolo ties.
